Dear Valued Member,
You are kindly invited to participate in the 3rd ISACA Accra Webinar on Friday, 14th June, 2024.
Topic: Navigating PCI Vulnerability Scanning and Penetration Testing Requirements Against PCI DSS V4.0
"The Payment Cards Industry Council (PCI Council) is the international industry body setup by Mastercard, Visa and other card brands/schemes to regulate the cybersecurity measures that entities such as banks, issuers, acquirers, payment service providers and merchants must put in place to protect the payments ecosystem.
The theme "Navigating PCI Vulnerability Scanning and Penetration Testing requirements against PCI DSS v4.0" will discuss vulnerability scanning and penetration testing in the manner suitable for PCI assessments for enterprises undergoing PCI DSS assessments. It is important to emphasize that not all vulnerability scans or penetration testing carried out by enterprises will pass the test in PCI DSS v4.0 assessments.
In this presentation, the Speaker will discuss the organizational and technical requirements around vulnerability scans and penetration tests prescribed for PCI DSS v4.0. The Speaker will share his experiences and challenges on the field as a PCI QSA and PCI 3DS Assessor when enterprises conduct vulnerability scans and penetration tests that do not meet the prescribed rigors of the PCI Council rules/guidance on vulnerability scans and penetration testing. "
