Speaker: Mike Mason
Bio: Mike Mason is head of the Electronic Funds Transfer section and reports directly to the Vice President of the e-Payment Solutions Department at First National Bank Alaska. Mason has experience in the coordination, planning and support of call center operations. He is a subject matter expert on ACH, Wires, Corporate Card Expense Report Management, Cyber Security, and Disaster Recovery Operations. In his role as section head he oversees the Fulfillment & Support Unit and the ACH & Wire operations of the bank, conducting administrator trainings, and providing friendly technical support and expertise to corporate clients of all sizes and sophistication.
