Notice for Special General Body Meeting
Notice is hereby given to all members that the Special General Body
Meeting (SGBM) of the ISACA Bangalore Chapter will be Held on
3 rd July, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Hotel Royal Orchid Central Bangalore to
transact the following special business.
SPECIAL BUSINESS:
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass with or without modification(s)
the following as an Ordinary Resolution:
1.Amendment of Bylaws and adoption of New Bylaws
The enclosed Bylaws duly approved by HQ were adopted by the EC
Members on 11 th June, 2022
All eligible members are requested to make it convenient to attend.
Checking of identity, eligibility, registration and ascertaining quorum
for the meeting will start at 1100 hours on the same day. There will
be a working lunch for members at 1200 hours on the day of the
meeting
