The proposal to approve an entire new text of the articles of association follows from the requirements of the Belgian Act of 23 March 2019 introducing the Code of Companies and Associations. The proposal of the new text of the articles of association is made available to the members as an annex to this invitation.
Invitation
Participation to the general assembly is subject to the rules provided for in our articles of association and for the remainder, we will implement the necessary technical and legal measures to allow the general assembly to be held properly.

Your participation in the program and the networking moments (lunch/ dinner reception) is free of charge. The cost prices for lunch & dinner are an indication of the loss incurred in case of no-show.
