SPEAKERS

Anne Maréchal (De Gaulle Fleurance).
Throughout her career in the public and private sectors, Anne Maréchal has developed a recognized expertise in stock and financial law and mergers and acquisitions, both with public authorities (Ministry of Economy at the Department of Tax Legislation and the Department of Competition, AMF - Autorité des marchés financiers) and with leading French and Anglo-Saxon corporate law firms. Director of Legal Affairs at the AMF (the French Financial Market Authority) for 8 years, he actively contributed to the development of digital assets legislation under the French Pacte law. This legal framework, a forerunner in the field, inspired the draft European MiCA regulation. Anne Maréchal's recognized expertise in digital, regulatory, banking and finance reinforces De Gaulle Fleurance's unique experience and ability to assist companies in this new economy, particularly to help them obtain registration or authorization as a PSAN (service provider on digital assets) by the AMF, to develop their projects in the various use cases of blockchain and the Metaverse, as well as in the field of Security Tokens in application of the European Pilot Scheme, or to define the legal framework of their NFT. A former alumna of the École nationale d'administration (ENA), Anne Maréchal holds a master's degree in private law from Lyon III University and a Diplôme d'études approfondies (DEA) in European and EU law from Paris I Sorbonne University.
She speaks French and English.
