Summary:   Ethical dilemmas are those moments that pit the things we value against each other. Identifying those values – and their worth – is at the heart of working through these challenges, but each of us does it in a slightly different way. In this training we’ll discuss values, ethical approaches, and workshop how those things lead to our individual behaviors. We all can be a little more mindful of the approaches we take and the implications that each has on what we choose to do

Jon Shipley is a Human Resource Consultant that has been working with AmeriBen
since 2016. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Texas A&M,
specializing in organizational culture and development. Over the years, he has
enjoyed a variety of experiences in business, from sales and account management to
customer service and branch management.
Jon’s expertise lies in creating interactive learning experiences – he has over 9 years
teaching at the university level and received departmental awards based on that
work. Currently he holds an adjunct position at Boise State University, teaching
classes in organizational and interpersonal communication.
