This panel, inspired by ISACA’s SheLeadsTech initiative, will explore emerging opportunities, leadership pathways, and strategies for breaking barriers in IT. Industry leaders will share insights on career growth, mentorship, and the role of advocacy in driving gender diversity.

Pratima is a highly accomplished Information and Cyber Security Manager with extensive experience developing and executing effective cybersecurity strategies, risk management solutions, and regulatory compliance initiatives. She has a proven track record in leading incident response efforts, establishing cybersecurity awareness programs, and managing security initiatives across various industries.

Worked with leading organisations, assessing security profiles and ensuring achievement of desired future state. Advocate for collaboration across business lines and with customer and industry stakeholders improving understanding of key business initiatives and how security will enable business transformation. 

Prakriti Ravi. Experienced technology professional with experience across a range of service lines as a Management Consultant. Skilled in Digital Transformation, IT strategy development, IT operating Model Design and Development, IT governance, Business Process Management and Business Analysis. 

Gabriela Guiu-Sorsa. Gabriela proudly serves as an ambassador for cyber security and diversity, Gabriela guides, coaches, and mentors aspiring professionals entering the field. Her expertise includes ISO27001 Gap Assessments, Audits, ISMS Implementation projects, Incident Response Governance and Management. She has also developed Cyber Security Strategies, GRC Operating Models, Crisis Communication and Cyber Incident Response Plans.
