       a. Current board members: list of finishing, resigning and continuing their current terms
       b. List of members who have nominated to be elected
       c. Circulation of nominees’ application CVs
       d. Each nominee to give a 2 minute introduction
       e. Instructions on voting
       f. Appointment of vote counters
       g. Conduct vote
