SheLeadsTech - Balance the Scales, An International Women’s Day Panel and Light Breakfast

SheLeadsTech Canberra ISACA Chapter and the AWSN Canberra Chapter invite you to an International Women’s Day light breakfast and panel centred on this year’s IWD theme, Balance the Scales.

This event brings together leaders, practitioners, and emerging talent from Canberra’s technology, cyber, and digital community for a practical conversation about equity, opportunity, and progression across the sector. The discussion will examine the structural and cultural factors that influence recruitment, development, visibility, and advancement for women in technology and cyber, and the role individuals and organisations play in addressing imbalance.

Through a moderated panel discussion, speakers will share real experiences and perspectives on recognising where the scales are uneven, challenging embedded assumptions, and making deliberate decisions that contribute to fairer outcomes across teams and organisations.
