IMPACT’s Session II “Leads” is about leadership and actions that will “Manage and Grow YOUR Career”
This “micro-learning” session for 100 minutes will be virtual on “ZOOM” on July 23 beginning at 3pm and ending at 4:40pm. The program includes:
Mentoring Presentation: “Performance Beyond Expectations”
Understanding who you are as a leader and where you want to go is critical to leading others. In this session, you'll learn the science of leadership, develop your leadership philosophy and understand the core values that drive you. We'll cover the characteristics of effective leaders, gender differences when it comes to leadership and ultimately help you and your teams achieve performance beyond expectations.
Leadership Development: “Transform from Managing to Leading”
Learn the “what and why” essential leadership actions and behaviors will elevate your performance when you:
-Establish Direction (Vision / Mission)

ABOUT the SPEAKERS
Dr. Karen Bartuch is currently the Chief Customer Officer at SipScience, a hospitality data analytics company where she leads marketing, communications, research, and insights with a customer-centric focus. She is also an adjunct professor in the business school at DePaul University teaching and researching innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, management, and leadership to graduate students.
Dr. Bartuch recently launched Davida Jane, a leadership training company dedicated to a research-driven curriculum designed to embolden professionally driven women in their pursuit of establishing themselves as a leader. Prior to and since the inception of Davida Jane, Dr. Bartuch has served hundreds of women through her newly launched podcast, one-on-one career consulting programs, workshops, masterminds, and public appearances. Later this year, Dr. Bartuch will release her first book under the Davida Jane brand. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northwestern University, a Master’s degree in Communications from DePaul University, as well as a doctorate in business administration from the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. She lives by the motto “Be humble. Be grateful. Be worthy. Be positive. Be kind. And have some fun.”
CJ (Chris) Privoznik builds strong brands for people and organizations. She drives "brand" through strategy, communication, organizational change programs, employee engagement, and service delivery. Her career portfolio includes leading major IT transformations in the healthcare industry, integration of cultures during mergers, designing successful teams.
In 2016, CJ launched her own firm, STW Solutions (Spread The Word, Inc.) and consults with both Business and IT organizations. Recently, in partnership with ISACA Chicago, CJ co-designed the “She Leads Tech” IMPACT Mentoring & Leadership Development Program fulfilling her passion to motivate growth in young leaders. CJ has inspired countless women and men through one on one and group mentoring programs, speaking engagements and consultation services. She is a graduate of Dominican University, River Forest, IL. and studied at Pierce College, Athens, Greece. She holds degrees in Business Administration, Communications, and Psychology. CJ serves on local, national, and global boards and associations including ISACA and Women Unlimited, Inc. She loves travel, new adventures, working and solving with others. A prominent reminder for herself and others is that… “In order for others to believe in YOU, YOU must first believe in YOURSELF!”
