Join us for an engaging one-day seminar designed to provide participants with knowledge in Building and Managing a Global Privacy and Data Protection Program

This workshop, based on The Privacy Leader Compass, provides a practical framework for cultivating privacy beyond legal obligations as an organizational practice, utilizing a structured approach that integrates culture, strategy, governance, and operations. Through interactive exercises, case studies, and guided reflection, attendees will leave with actionable insights and a “compass” to guide their organization’s privacy journey.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the Privacy Leader Compass framework and its foundations in organizational practice theory.
  • Identify the key dimensions (e.g., strategy, systems, style, structure, staff, skills, shared values) that shape how privacy operates within organizations.
  • Evaluate their own organization’s current privacy posture using the Compass as a diagnostic tool.
  • Develop strategies for embedding privacy into organizational culture, leadership, and decision-making.
  • Apply the Compass to real-world scenarios, including regulatory challenges, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Design a practical action plan to advance their role as a privacy leader and strengthen their organization’s privacy maturity.
