In today's increasingly complex and interconnected world, it is more important than ever for organizations to have a strong risk culture. A risk culture is one in which everyone in the organization understands the importance of security and is committed to taking steps to protect the organization from risk.
One way to foster a strong risk culture is to create a Cybersecurity Champions Network. A Cybersecurity Champions Network is a group of employees who are passionate about security and who are committed to helping the organization improve its security posture. Champions can help to raise awareness of security risks, promote security best practices, and encourage others to get involved in security.

Kyle currently serves as Information Security Risk Manager at ABN AMRO Clearing USA LLC, managing information risks and implementing the internal control framework in accordance with regulations and risk appetite. With CISM and CISSP certifications, and an MBA with focus areas on Business Analytics and Global Challenges in Business, Kyle brings a comprehensive understanding of risk management principles and practices.
