The CGEIT® Review Course will provide practical advice on preparing for the CGEIT exam and specific instruction addressing the job practice areas defined by ISACA® Global.
This event is ideal for experienced professionals planning to sit for the CGEIT exam, including IT executives, governance professionals, senior managers, consultants, advisors, risk professionals, and assurance professionals. Attendees are encouraged to prepare in advance to maximize the benefits of the course.

The Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT® (CGEIT®) certification validates expertise in the strategic governance of enterprise information and technology. It demonstrates a professional’s ability to establish and oversee governance frameworks, align technology with enterprise objectives, optimize IT resources, realize benefits from IT-enabled investments, and optimize technology-related risk.
CGEIT is framework-agnostic and is designed for experienced professionals serving in management, advisory, assurance, or oversight roles involving the governance of enterprise information and technology.
The CGEIT examination is open to anyone interested in enterprise IT governance. However, passing the examination does not automatically confer the certification. ISACA requires certification applicants to have at least five years of qualifying professional experience across at least three of the four CGEIT domains, including at least one year of experience related to Domain 1.
Registration for the CGEIT exam is administered by ISACA®, not the Chicago Chapter. Registering for this review course does not register you for the exam.
