Mathew Garver is the Chief Executive Officer of HiQo Solutions, a global technology and engineering firm operating across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Central Asia. Under his leadership, HiQo has evolved into a trusted innovation partner for Fortune 500 companies and emerging enterprises, delivering advanced solutions in AI, ML, Edge AI, cloud services, data engineering, and custom software development.
Prior to HiQo, Mathew was President and Managing Partner at Liberty Street Capital, a family office investment firm. His previous leadership roles include Chairman and CFO of CGL Facilities (acquired by the Hunt family), President of Baswood Technologies (acquired by Cambrian Innovation), and advisor to Tilray Brands, Privateer Holdings, and other high-growth ventures. He has served on multiple boards and was a Senior Advisor to the Private Capital Group at Squire Patton Boggs and DLA Piper, where he also served as Secretary of the Global Infrastructure Steering Committee in New York.
Mathew was a Fellow at Harvard University’s Weatherhead Center for International Affairs, where he focused on international economics. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.

William Cox currently serve as a Global Partner at HiQo Solutions Inc. in Atlanta, an AI-focused company and with 25 years of experience in ESG and financial consulting, research, and writing. He is also a Co-Founder and Board Member of Yieldrive AG in Zug, Switzerland, an ESG fintech that houses 500 billion financial ESG data points and documents on 4,400 listed companies.
In 2000, William established Management & Excellence (M&E), an ESG consulting firm supported by IE Business School. Additionally, he developed and managed two ESG indices using proprietary algorithms in partnership with Euromoney Media in Brazil and Hong Kong (the latter in collaboration with BDO). The Brazilian index outperformed the Bovespa index by up to 70% over a 6-year period.
Throughout the career, William have consulted for over 50 blue chips companies across 150 projects and held the position of Managing Director at Hill & Knowlton in Switzerland (Zurich and Frankfurt) as well as at Burson-Marsteller in New York, Frankfurt, Zurich, and Hamburg.
William authored and published 6 business books with reputable publishers, including McGraw-Hill in New York, Frankfurter Allgemeine Verlag in Germany, and Gestion 2000 in Spain. Additionally, he published over 100 articles on ESG topics and finance. William currently serve as an ESG guest author for IR Magazine.
William holds a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance (with Distinction) from the University of Oxford's Said Business School.

Patrick Rozario is a Managing Director of Moore Hong Kong and heads up the firm's Advisory Services to help clients manage their risks and enhance their business operations.
Patrick has over 30 years’ experience working for large international accounting firms and in the commercial sector. Patrick has substantial experience working in the areas of governance and risk advisory. Patrick managed various internal audits, corporate governance, Sarbanes-Oxley, internal control and information technology advisory and assurance engagements for clients across different industries including banking, insurance, telecommunication and government in Hong Kong and China.
Patrick also worked in the commercial sector. He was project manager of a number of large-scale business process re-engineering and information systems implementation projects in the Asia-Pacific Region and in North America.
Patrick chaired the organising committee for the HKICPA Best Corporate Governance Disclosure Awards 2013 to 2016. Between 2017 & 2024, he chaired the review panel of the HKICPA Best Corporate Governance and ESG Awards. Patrick is also a member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC) and Vice President of ISACA China Hong Kong Chapter.
Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen's University in Canada. Patrick is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
