Seminar Objective
This seminar is intended to provide attendee the base level knowledge required to perform audits of an organization’s vendor management program. Although there is a focus on IT Vendor Management this seminar is structured to provide an understanding all aspects of an organization vendor management program.

7.5 hours of presentation time, plus (1) hour for lunch and (4)-10 minute breaks each day
