Can You Hear Me Now? Breaking Down Barriers to Secure Consumer Communications
Doug Copley - CEO and Executive Adviser, Data Protection Partners

NOTE: This is the webinar you must participate in to recieve (1) CPE credit.

Consumer-facing companies have some unique challenges when it comes to security and data privacy. In highly regulated industries such as Financial Services and Healthcare, professional IT and security tools are used to secure the enterprise, but those tools don’t translate well to consumer communications. SECURELY communicating with customers or patients can be very challenging. There’s no guarantee what technology or security tools are being used by a consumer, nor can you assume the level of technology sophistication of the consumer. So what can be done to transmit highly confidential data with multiple doctors, hospitals, insurance agencies or patients themselves? Doug will explain some of the challenges and also show how new tools in the marketplace can be used to make this process simple. Doug will also discuss a real-world use case in the healthcare industry.
