Ryan Weber, MSIA
Lead Security Engineer, Cisco
Adjunct Professor of Cybersecurity , Cloud Security and AI Security at Eastern Michigan University

Artificial intelligence is no longer just a defensive tool — it is now the weapon of choice for attackers and defenders alike. Understanding this dual nature is essential for every security leader in 2026 and beyond. AI is changing how supply security chain teams are defending against these threats and how building secure and scalable workflows is more important than ever. In my role we are constantly determining the best way to defend and secure our pipelines , applications whether internal or external and how to future proof our software workloads. In this talk we will dive into some of the parts of this space I'm starting to emerge and starting to question everything we do.

5:45 pm - 6:30 pm: Dinner/Networking

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Managing Your Agentic Employees
Darren Shelcusky, Principal - Cyvantis LLC

Managing Your Agentic Employees demonstrates how companies can safely manage AI agents as members of their workforce. The presentation shifts the mindset from treating AI agents as software to managing them like employees, with defined identities, roles, managers, authority, access, training, performance expectations, accountability, and lifecycle management.
