RISING PROFESSIONALS

As part of ISACA’s continued focus on the next generation of game-changing, up-and-comers, ISACA continues to update the new Rising Professionals page with content geared toward those in the nascent stages of their careers. Of note, in this video, ISACA interviews Stanford University student and social media influencer, Kyla Guru, who explains why she was drawn to cybersecurity at a young age. Guru notes cybersecurity skills come naturally to members of Gen Z who want to impact the future.

CRYPTOCURRENCY

Podcast: “The State of Cryptocurrency”—Dustin Brewer, ISACA’s senior director of Emerging Technology and Innovation, and Frank Downs, BlueVoyant’s director of proactive services, discuss how and why cryptocurrency has been so widely adopted and predict where it will go next.

CONTENT IMPROVEMENTS

@A Glance merged with @ISACA—To be conscientious of the amount of content these days, the @A Glance publication has been folded into @ISACA. Now a one-stop shop delivered each Wednesday, @ISACA provides timely ISACA resources and information on upcoming events. Additionally, content has been further streamlined by dedicating the fourth edition of each month to be exclusively security-focused: @ISACA.Security. This will replace the monthly Nexus e-newsletter.

New eBook Platform—ISACA recently launched a new, enhanced way to access ISACA’s eBooks. Going forward, all certification and certificate review manual eBooks will be accessed via a web-based platform, where learners can take notes, highlight material, create flashcards, and more. The eBooks option is available when you purchase a review manual via MyISACA.
