The session provides an introduction to the Defense-in-Depth Strategy and why it is important in protecting your critical information assets, followed by discussing the applications of the layered approach to different practical scenarios, the issues and complexities it brings in, as well as how to address them.

The Speaker:  Kushlan Edirisooriya, CISA
Kushlan is the present Cyber Security Manager for HSBC Sri Lanka and Maldives. Kushlan has over 10 years of extensive experience in IT Governance, Information Security, IT Risk and IT Audit domains working for International Banks, BPO companies, and multinational software development companies
