About our presenter:
Over the last 30 years, Jodie Heflin has been working to develop inspired, action-oriented, high accomplishing teams. In her role as a consultant, Jodie led initiatives to deliver data warehouses and analytics programs to financial services companies, Energy Sector companies and manufacturers. Known as a team builder, Jodie has created departments to serve analytics, master data management, robotic process automation, data management, and data architecture. Currently, Jodie's passion is channeled into revitalizing ADM's IT culture, where she spearheads initiatives that captivate new hires through engaging orientations, empower managers in hybrid and remote leadership, and infuse joy into the workplace via recognition programs, enlightening webcasts, and a user-friendly intranet hub.
