Join us on May 17, 2024, for our Annual General Meeting (AGM), where we will hold the elections for our Chapter Board of Directors and vote to approve this year's modifications to the Chapter bylaws.
This is your chance to contribute to the chapter's leadership and direction. 
A current draft of the proposed bylaws and a high-level summary of the changes are available on the Chapter website for your review and comment.
The final version of the bylaws, for which we will vote, will be made available at least 10 days in advance of the meeting.
We are currently accepting nominations for board member candidates. Interested members should send their nominations to vicepresident@ISACAhouston.org.
All nomination submissions require the following:
short biography of the candidate,
link to their LinkedIn profile, if applicable
a signed Chapter Volunteer Willingness to Serve Agreement Form. Click here to download the Willingness to Serve form.
A list of candidates will be sent to current chapter members two weeks before the election, ensuring you have ample time to review the candidates' qualifications.
Please note that the Annual General Meeting is a Members-Only event, and this email serves as the required 30-day notice in accordance with our Chapter's bylaws.
