Title: How to Integrate AI Compliance with a Privacy Compliance Regime

Description

Modern AI and Privacy laws are drafted similarly. Both involve governance, data mapping, risk management, policies, and regulatory oversight. While Privacy Laws impose obligations depending on the sensitivity of data collected, AI Laws key on bias and other social harms. This presentation offers practical tips for AI regulatory compliance, specifically the EU AI Act, the CCPA, and Colorado AI Act, via features of existing privacy programs: governance, risk management, internal policies, and consumer-facing notices.

We expect to issue at least 1 ISACA CPE for the event.  The presentation will be virtual from 12 to 1 with additional time for any Q&A.
