Chukwudi Uzoma is Head of IT Infrastructure at Ibercaja, where he leads cloud transformation initiatives, as well as DevSecOps and FinOps strategy development. Fluent in English, Russian, and Spanish—and shaped by experiences across three continents—he brings a truly global perspective to IT infrastructure. Fondly known as Chudo, he combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to build secure, scalable cloud environments, empower high-performing, geographically distributed teams, and drive financially accountable cloud operations that deliver measurable business impact.
Panellist: Sharon Kisinde

Ms. Sharon Kisinde is a seasoned Data Communications Engineer with over a decade of experience in information systems management, particularly in governance, auditing, risk, and compliance.
She is an accredited trainer and auditor with several management systems certification bodies, especially PECB. Sharon holds a wide range of ISO certifications, including ISO/IEC 27001 LA/LI, 27002, 27005, 27032, 27033, 27034, 27701, and 42001—among others, totaling 16 certifications. She is qualified to assess and lead organizations through ISO standard certification processes and has successfully trained numerous organizations and individuals across Africa, Europe, and the United Kingdom in PECB-certified courses.
Her professional background includes experience in the banking industry, and she currently serves as a Senior Information Systems Auditor at a government corporation in Uganda. Sharon is also the Board Secretary of the ISACA Kampala Chapter. As a Silver Member of ISACA, she holds multiple certifications in governance, IT auditing, security management, and risk and control. She is also an accredited trainer, a recurring expert reviewer of ISACA manuals, and an active SheLeads member.
