Presenter's Bio Sandra Balogun is a certified public accountant, leadership coach, and speaker with over eight years of combined experience in public accounting and advisory services. She is the founder of Beyond Numbers, LLC, a training and coaching company focused on bridging technical mastery with human development through accounting education and leadership programs. Sandra works with the Board of the NABA Boston Chapter, serving as a Director for Corporate Partnership. A recipient of the MassCPAs Women to Watch Award, she is passionate about fostering diversity in the accounting profession and advocating for transformational leadership that drives positive change.
