Background:
Coach Miriam is launching leaders to be more effective at work and at home by teaching them to listen, ask probing questions, and introduce them to tools. She has over 900 hours of leadership and executive coaching. It is her desire to work with the ISACA group to help them become better leaders. It is not just about the task. We cannot do our work alone, learn the importance of
connecting and learning a better way to connect by asking questions.

Speaker Bio: Miriam H. Ezell (Coach Miriam) received her Certification in Public Accounting (CPA) in 1989 and worked as an Accountant until approached by a government contractor to become a Vice President of Finance (2001). After settling into this role she wanted to give the employees something more than just a paycheck and she started teaching money management classes which fueled a passion in her to teach, coach and encourage. At the age of 50 she left corporate America and started her own coaching business, CORE Business Strategies.
Under CORE Business Strategies she has over 900 hours of Leadership Coaching. She is a sought-after speaker for team development and has worked with NASA, United Way, Intuitive Research, PPG and 3M to name a few.
In addition to coaching and speaking she is writing books, planning workshops/retreats, and being creative with her art.
In January 2020 she launched a program with Artist, Monica Yother called Ignite which features
