Background: Cyber Security is best defined as the science of preventing, detecting and responding to threats to information systems. Internal and external human threats will always exist and can only be mitigated with a robust and disciplined threat hunting process.

Speaker Bio: Chris Crosby is Sr. Cyber Security Scientist at COSLA. For the last 15 years Chris has participated as both a Red Team operator and Blue Team member during engagements for the US Air Force, Army, as well as the Department of Homeland Security. Chris has created processes for deep vulnerably discovery and reporting that are currently being used within the DoD and in private industry. For the last two years Mr. Crosby has researched Threat Hunting and studied various indicators or compromise.

Chris has a Masters in Cyber Security from NYU as well as CISSP, CEH and OSCP certifications.
