Please note that the Notice is hereby given that the Twenty Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Hyderabad Chapter of ISACA will be held on Saturday 14th December 2024 starting at 4 PM.
Below is the agenda:
1. To adopt the Minutes of the Twenty Third Annual General Meeting of the Chapter held on 16th December 2023.
2. To adopt the Annual Report of the Chapter for the year 2023-24.
3. To adopt the Financials of the Chapter for the year ended 31st March 2024 along with the Auditor’s Report.
4. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
5. Elections for the New Board - Communication to be shared by the Election Committee. Two members are retiring this year and nomination committee will be sending the notification soon.
