NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on behalf of the President and Treasurer of ISACA Chapter of Hyderabad, that the 25th Annual General Meeting (“Original AGM”) of the Members of Hyderabad Chapter of ISACA, which was originally convened and held on 7th December 2025 at 4.00 p.m. at The Plaza, and thereafter adjourned as the financial statements had not been received by the members and discussions thereon could not be completed, is hereby reconvened.
The Adjourned Annual General Meeting will now be held on 27th Dec 2025 at 03:00 PM at the ISACA Hyderabad Chapter Office, Metro Pillar No.1434, Surekha Chambers, First Floor, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016; (Maps Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/z8MMXZH9aMFo7EqX6 ) to transact the following business which remained unfinished at the Original AGM:
ORDINARY BUSINESS
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Society for the financial year ended 31st March 2025, together with the Reports of the Managing Committee and the Auditors thereon.
2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
