About the Presenter
Norm Kelson has over 30 years of extensive experience in IT assurance and governance and specializes in building and disseminating best practices to assurance, risk, governance, and management stakeholders. Norm has held several VP and Director level IT audit positions. He has authored over 30 IT Audit/Assurance Programs for ISACA and is an Assistant Professor at Framingham State University.
