Enterprise Risk Management - Promoting An Integrated Approach
The focus of Dai (David) Williams’ presentation will be to promote a multi-disciplinary approach to the management of technology risk, so it will span both technology and business risk with touchpoints on Governance, Operational Risk, Compliance Risk, Business Continuity Management, Project Risk, Delivered Risk, Vendor Management, IT Security and some common mistakes that have enabled people to commit fraud.
These will be Dai’s own views. Some may find them contentious.

One thing that hasn't changed is that Dai dislikes bureaucracy and corporate politics.
