Dear members,

Our first lunchtime event for February 2021 will be held on Wednesday, 24 February 2021.

For the safety of all our members and supporters of our chapter, we will be hosting this event via an online webinar due to the recent uncertain development of the COVID situation.

Presentation Topic: A data related career journey

Natt will be sharing about her data related career journey and the difference between data analysis, data insight, BI Data warehouse, Data Scientist, Data Engineer.

She will also be sharing how aspects of AI, machine learning and ABI can be blended with those roles.

Speaker: Natt Nuntalid

Natt Nuntalid is currently a Data Engineer at New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) and a casual lecturer at Unitec Institute of Technology.

Natt graduated Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science in 2013 from AUT. The study mainly focused on developing Data Mining and Machine learning methods for electrical brain signals pattern recognition. She also has around 4 years of teaching and mentoring experiences in both primary and tertiary educations.

Apart from academic careers, she has over 13 years of ICT working experiences in various areas. 9 years are in the Data related career path such as Database Developer, Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse, data analysis, Data mining and Data Science.
