According to Harvard University, the Carnegie Foundation and Stanford Research Center, 85% of job success comes from having well‐developed people skills, while 15% of job success comes from technical skills and knowledge.

In this two-day workshop, we will help develop your people skills to be more effective and influential in your work and non-work life. You will lean how to:

This highly interactive workshop includes role-playing exercises and will be conducted by a qualified trainer. It will be invaluable for anyone who has to negotiate and deal with others such as auditors, security professionals, leaders and those starting out in their career.
