ING Bank introduced an Agile Way of Working in 2015 and has been implementing it across entities for the past five years. ING Bank is moving through organizational, technological and risk change and coming to convergence of the way of working. Essential driver in this change was the use of technology such as Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery automation.
