NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the ISACA Malaysia Chapter will be held as follows :
Venue : Summit 1, Connexion Conference & Event Centre, The Vertical, Level M1, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur
Date : Tuesday, 25 May 2021 at 7:00 pm
Agenda of Meeting:
- To confirm the Minutes of the 35th Annual General Meeting.
- President’s Report for 2020/2021.
- To receive and approve the ISACA Malaysia Chapter Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.
- To adopt the amended ISACA Malaysia Chapter By-Law in alignment with ISACA Global.
- To elect members to the Board of Directors for term 2021/2022.
- A Letter from Nominating Committee was sent out to all members through e-mail on 8 March 2021, requesting for nominations to the ISACA Malaysia Chapter’s Board of Directors for the term 2021/2022. Any nomination received at the close of the nomination period (8 April 2021, noon) will be put forward to the members during the AGM to accept their nominations or otherwise. Nominations received at the close of the nomination period are at the weblink below.
- To appoint the Audit Committee members for the Audited Accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
- To transact any other business that may arise.
Dinner will be served during the election ballot count and there will be lucky draw (10x RM50 Grab Voucher) for the 2021 Members Survey.
Due to current pandemic situation, members are required to adhere and observe the applicable directive, safety and precautionary requirements prescribed by the Government, the Ministry of Health, and the Malaysian National Security Council.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Members are requested to register at www.isaca.org/malaysia by 21 May 2021 (Friday, noon) for logistics and food arrangements. Please provide your name and membership number (and if any, dietary requirements) at the point of registration. Members who attend the AGM without registering will be entitled to vote – however, may not be entitled to the door gift and dinner (which is subject to availability and reserved for members who have registered).

Under the administrative procedures of the ISACA Malaysia Chapter, members will receive the minutes of the last AGM, Audited Accounts, Amended Chapter By-law and Nominees Profile via weblinks below. No physical copies will be made available during the meeting.
Membership register, as provided by ISACA Global, will be as at 24 May 2021.
Kindly bring your membership card or an alternative identification. If you are a new member (and have yet to receive your membership number) or have just renewed, please bring your membership renewal receipt.
