With growing attention on ESG, ISACA Malaysia Chapter is organizing the above training. Malaysian companies need to realize that effective environmental, social, and governance (ESG) plans and programs involve respective business operations as well as the activities across the entire supply chain locally and globally. These combined and concerted efforts will inevitably depend on information and technology for execution and monitoring. If so, is there a globally recognized framework for the enterprise governance of information and technology (EGIT) that can tailor to own company and the differing needs of all other parties involved?
This 2-days training answers this question by providing a comprehensive overview on what and how to use COBIT 2019, an acknowledged framework to govern and manage information and technology enterprise-wide. With extensive references on resources and guidance materials, there will be examples and suggestions on its application potentials. This is not training on ESG per se. Structured and process-centric with a focus on controls, COBIT 2019 is a proven EGIT framework that will help enable an enterprise to better plan towards business innovation and transformation initiatives such as ESG.
