Event Synopsis
Your technical skills and track record may get you in the door, but on their own they will not get you up the corporate ladder or gain you the respect of your peers or superiors.
The day of the emotionally intelligent has arrived.
Discover what building rapport, shifting perceptual positions and understanding the importance of personal values are, and how they are key foundational skills required for today’s leaders.
During this 90 minute session you will gain some insights on being trusted, building relationships and being heard.
You have a voice and you deserve to be heard, never again will you be overlooked…unless you want to and believe me there are times when you will.
