NOTICE OF 2025 ISACA MANILA BOARD OF TRUSTEES ANNUAL ELECTION AND LIST OF NOMINEES
Notice is hereby given that the ISACA MANILA ANNUAL ELECTIONS for the 2025 Board of Trustees. The election period shall be from October 10, 2024 until October 21, 2024, 5:00PM.
All eligible members, (All active, retired, and student members and paid membership dues as of August 31, 2024) shall vote electronically via Google forms.
The Notice and Ballot Form were sent to all members via their ISACA-registered email. If you cannot find the email notification in your INBOX, please check your SPAM, SOCIAL and PROMOTIONS tabs of your registered email account, otherwise, please contact the ISACA Manila Secretariat.
Voters shall provide the following information on the ballot form.
1. The member's full name
2. ISACA Membership ID number as stated in the membership identification documents;
3. Voting Unique Code
Voters can vote for at least ONE (1) but not to exceed THIRTEEN (13) candidates, otherwise, the ballot will be invalidated.
Forms with incomplete or invalid information received will not be counted.
You may vote only once. In the event multiple ballots are received, the name of candidates selected in the latest valid ballot form shall be considered the voter's final vote(s).
Canvassing of Ballots. The NOMELEC shall canvas the ballots after the election period.
Declaration of Winners. The winners shall be declared by the NOMELEC during the Chapter's Annual General Meeting (AGMM). The AGMM will be held simultaneously in-person and virtually via Zoom on October 24, 2024, 6:00 - 8:30 PM at the Makati Sports Club, Makati City.
