Learning Objectives:
This Course will focus on the core of performing an Audit function using COBIT on various IT Processes and Operations defined and implemented by the IT Organization through RACI Chart to function efficiently and effectively. These IT Processes are the vehicle in order to execute Policies, Standards, Guidelines and Procedures. This will identify and determine what are the Key Risks and Controls in a specific IT Processes and how are these being measured in terms of metrics to monitor the progress and performance.
Will gain an understanding on how these various IT Processes are integrated and dependent with other IT Processes and the related information - an input and its outcome or work product as an output.
Determine how these IT Processes are being Plan, Build, Run and Monitor in order to support the IT Related Goals and ultimately the Enterprise Goals.
