COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This seminar aims to provide participants an understanding on how to perform pre/post system implementation type of reviews by using specific evaluation criteria to measure the success of system projects. This is to minimize the impact of project failures, identify areas for improvement and maintain quality of system development life cycle activities on a continuing basis that will result in decreasing costs of future system implementation.
