I. LEARNING OBJECTIVE:

As startups and fast-growing organizations rapidly scale their operations, technology environments often evolve faster than governance and control processes. While speed and innovation are critical for growth, the absence of effective IT controls can expose organizations to cybersecurity incidents, operational disruptions, compliance violations, financial risks, and reputational damage.
