Modern cyber breaches occur in complex, real-world environments shaped by legacy systems, limited visibility, and fragmented controls, where resilience depends on early detection, rapid containment, and proven response effectiveness. This workshop will include sessions which explore practical breach readiness, focusing on operating during live incidents with imperfect information. Participants examine challenges such as lateral movement across IT and OT, policy drift, and untested controls. The sessions cover understanding breach conditions in brownfield environments, designing containment to reduce impact, and validating controls through realistic testing. The program concludes with a hands-on incident response exercise, bringing together technical teams and executives to align technical actions with business decision-making.
