Cyber incidents have evolved into business-critical crises requiring leaders to make rapid decisions with incomplete information. Despite strong technology investments, many leadership teams remain underprepared for high-pressure decision-making. This workshop focuses on the leadership dimension of cyber resilience, exploring challenges such as limited visibility, conflicting advice, unclear ownership, and trade-offs between containment, business continuity, compliance, and reputation. Sessions cover leadership accountability, governance, and the translation of technical events into business impacts. Participants then engage in a live, hands-on simulation alongside technical teams, experiencing real-time decision pressure, improving communication, and aligning actions to outcomes and eventually building confidence to make clear, timely decisions during cyber incidents.
