Synopsis: It will introduce the key risks that the adoption of AI brings to the enterprise. The presentation will highlight the current reporting on the success of AI projects and what is needed to improve their success rate. It will identify how AI can be architected to align with business goals and objectives, and how we can develop an AI-focused information architecture for AI datasets. It will provide a demonstration of key problems that can occur with AI, and cover the the development of an architecture to deliver AI security, safety and responsible operation. The presentation will then show how the ISACA AI Audit process addresses these issues.

Speaker Bio: I am a SABSA Master-Certified security architect and a trainer for David Lynas Consulting. I was Director InfoSec at GCSB for a decade, and have subsequently held a number of CSO and Technical Director roles. I am currently the CTO for Outpace AI. As an Educator, I supervise PhD students at Deakin University and am a Linkedin Learning author. I hold the ISACA CISA and AAIA certifications.
