Bio: Chris Yancy is a Business Technology Consultant for ProTech Services Group, in Memphis, TN. At ProTech, he is responsible for providing end user training for clients in online security awareness and various Microsoft Office 365 solutions. Chris delivers security awareness trainings and speaking engagements across the Mid-South area. He conducts managed phishing campaigns for several local companies to educate users about the potential threats that can compromise entire organizations. Chris is also a certified Microsoft CIE Facilitator, which enables him to meet with businesses and assist them in getting the maximum value out of their Microsoft solutions. Chris was born and raised in Memphis, TN and is a graduate of both the University of Memphis and Christian Brothers University.
