Technology is a part of all facets of business, and is gaining additional importance and reflection within the Boardroom. Board Members are continuing to look at Audit and Risk to adapt and improve their deliverables to provide information to meet their needs. Enterprises are continuing to be challenged within the adoption of Corporate Governance to include growth and new initiatives to appease all stakeholders. Innovation is challenging risk management and audit monitoring to mitigate risk where rate of change is resulting in expedited reporting is needing to be performed outside the traditional processes.
