Speaker: Erin Meagher, SVP Enterprise Applications, 3M



With over 30 years of extensive experience in enterprise applications and business transformation, Erin Meagher currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Applications at 3M where he has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives. 
 
Prior to this role, Erin led the ERP program at 3M, demonstrating his expertise in optimizing enterprise resource planning to enhance operational efficiency.  Erin's career at 3M spans over two decades, during which he has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of USAC Customer Operations and Director of Business Transformation. He has a proven track record in managing large-scale global programs, evidenced by his tenure as Global Program Manager and PMO Manager for Business Transformation Program, where he successfully executed transformative projects in diverse markets, including a significant role in Shanghai, China.
 
Before joining 3M, Erin was President & CEO of Meagher Business Services, specializing in Global Program Management.  He also held key positions at Cap Gemini and Ernst & Young, bringing a wealth of knowledge in IT and consulting to her leadership roles.  Erin holds a strong commitment to leveraging technology to drive business success and is passionate about fostering innovation within teams. He is dedicated to cultivating future leaders in the tech space and staying at the forefront of advancements in enterprise applications.
