Annual General Meeting - 2022

Agenda: We will conduct the following chapter business:

• Call for training instructors or event speakers for 2023.
• Call for chapter volunteers. Secretary role will be open for election (secretary leadership responsibilities include; minutes from board meetings, chapter bylaws, chapter charter, incorporation records, insurance records, chapter membership list, conflict of interest statements and willingness to serve agreements). Additional responsibilities may include; maintaining chapter website, engaging with chapter members, and creating/sending monthly member newsletters.
• Commence chapter officer nominations and elections.
