ISACA Netherlands Annual General Meeting (ALV) – 24 June 2026

Dear Member,

Following our earlier invitation, we are pleased to share the current agenda for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (GMM) or Algemene Leden Vergadering (ALV) of ISACA Netherlands, together with the draft minutes of the previous GMM and the financial documents for fiscal year 2025 in preparation for the meeting.

The GMM is a key moment for our community to reflect on the past year and look forward to the future. During the formal session, we will officially formalize the financial year 2025. This includes a detailed update on our financial standing and the formal vote for a request for a ‘decharge’ for the 2025 fiscal year, based on the financial reports and the report of the Finance committee or ‘Kascommissie’. Your participation and vote are vital to the transparent governance of our chapter.

Following the official proceedings, we are honoured to host Sandeep Gangaram Panday, who will provide expert insights into the NIS2 directive. We will end the evening with drinks and networking.
