New guidance issued today from the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO), “Enterprise Risk Management for Cloud Computing,” is intended to serve as a guide to establishing cloud computing governance leveraging the principles of COSO’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) – Integrating with Strategy and Performance framework (2017).”
You can download a copy of ERM for Cloud Computing here. Vicky Cheng, Managing Director, and Mike Grob, Principal, from Crowe’s Consulting Practice were the co-authors of this guidance.
