Career Connect: Speaking Strategies for the New Era

Your professional success is often directly impacted by your presentation skills. Just a few years ago, as speakers, we needed to learn how to present to a live audience.  In 2020, we went to online audiences due to the global pandemic. Now, in 2023, we need to be prepared to talk to audiences in-person, online, or a mixture of the two. Presenting in each of these environments poses different challenges for speakers, and different strategies are needed to successfully present to audiences at these very different types of meetings. Attendees of this session will learn different strategies needed to be successful at Public Speaking – whether their audience is 8 feet away or 8000 miles away.
